The Manager’s Toolkit: A Practical Guide to Managing People at Work – Certificate
University of London – The Manager’s Toolkit
About this course
The goal of this course is to provide you with practical guidance on managing people at work. It doesn’t matter if you’re a first-time store manager or a mid-level manager in an office; the same skills apply to all jobs. During the course, you will become familiar with some of the theories of human resource management and then see how they apply in daily work life.
We hope that by the end of the course, you will be better equipped to select the right employee, motivate and evaluate your team, manage conflict in the workplace, and lead and make decisions on a day-to-day basis.
