This course gives you an understanding of what business systems (also known as Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP) are. After learning what these systems are, we will discuss why these systems are useful for businesses, so you can see the various jobs and positions associated with using and deploying ERP.
In this course, you will also learn to understand the management aspects associated with ERP selection and implementation. Specifically, we’ll touch on the important points to consider when selecting and purchasing an ERP, the approaches used when implementing ERP, and the change management techniques to use when an organization is in the process of implementing an ERP.
