Modern managers must master the art of persuasive communication, adapt to the needs of the audience, build good storytelling, and inspire the audience to act (communicate with impact). They must learn to design and conclude both informal and complex agreements, and to do so in different cultures in the workplace (negotiate and resolve conflicts).

The specialization applies leverage in two very important areas: change management and risk management. Successful change management eludes many people and organizations, which is why we offer a new approach that enables you to inspire and lead change (Change Management). Similarly, in the post-financial crisis, many organizations recognize the need for effective risk management, but few, if any, have succeeded. We present evidence-based methods to help your organization achieve its goals (get advice).
