About this course
An ambitious vision for the future of your organization is not enough: how do you communicate that vision to involve your peers? Being able to communicate effectively and persuade others is a key leadership skill. Common sense and traditional communication and belief models often do not reflect the complex nature of “influence.” Through structured learning activities (video lectures, quizzes, discussion guides, and written assessments), this course will develop your ability to communicate appropriately in a variety of cultural and situational contexts, making you a highly influential leader.
