About this course
It is no longer acceptable for organizations to focus entirely on financial success if they want to be competitive on the global stage. As corporate scandals continue to make headlines, you will expand your strategic thinking beyond the competitive financial environment of your organization to consider your broader impact on society. You will struggle with conflicting results for maximum financial return and social impact as you develop skills to create a sustainable balance. Through structured training activities (video lectures, quizzes, discussion guides, and written assessments), you will gain an understanding of how important sustainability is to each organization going forward and how to achieve it.
