About this course
This course will improve your ability to influence people in situations where you cannot use formal authority. You will learn effective ways to create, develop and maintain credibility in your organization. You will also learn influencing tactics that will allow you to be more persuasive and influential when dealing with bosses, colleagues, and even subordinates. In addition, you will learn to build and maintain quality relationships to further maximize your informal power and ability to influence others. It is important to note that you will learn to distinguish between influence and manipulation and you will learn to protect yourself from the unwanted influences of others.
The influencing strategies you learn in this course will make you a more confident and influential leader, leader, and decision-maker. You will be able to propose business ideas to your bosses more effectively, influence clients and build coalitions among stakeholders.
